About the experience

Where is the museum located? The experience takes place at 38 Boulevard des Italiens, 75009 Paris.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The experience takes place in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last? You can expect to be in the museum for about 80 minutes.
Is air conditioning available on site? Yes.
Can I use my camera during the experiment? Yes, many installations are intentionally designed to be photographed, giving visitors the opportunity to take extraordinary photos or videos. We encourage you to use your imagination, create unique memories and take photos in the moment.
Is eating and drinking allowed inside the museum? For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to eat or drink in the exhibition area.
Can I smoke or vape? No
Is there a checkroom or lockers? Yes, we have both our checkroom and lockers at your disposal. However, please bear in mind that their capacity is limited.
Are there toilets on site? Yes.
Will chairs be available during the experiment? Will there be places to sit? We have several seating areas throughout the tour.
Will there be strobe lights? We have several installations with stroboscopic lights, in particular the zoetropes. Before each of these installations a warning message is displayed to anticipate the situation.
I forgot something during my visit. How can I retrieve it? We recommend sending an email to paris@paradoxmuseum.com describing the lost item and ideally including photos. If we have found your item, we will coordinate with you so you can pick it up at the museum. Please note that the museum is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Lost items are kept for a maximum of one month.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? You can buy tickets online here. You can also purchase tickets in the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets here or in the Fever App.
Do children need to pay for a ticket? Children under 3 years old can enter the museum for free.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App or by showing your tickets via your phone.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
What is your refund/exchange policy? Tickets are non-refundable. Terms and conditions of non-refundability are accepted prior to purchase. In specific circumstances, we can help you reschedule your tickets to another available date and session. Please contact us for more information. Remember to include your Ticket ID.

About access to the event

What is the minimum age requirement? The museum and its facilities are suitable for all ages. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or over.
How far in advance do I need to arrive? What happens if I arrive late? Entrance to the museum takes place in 15-minute intervals. As a general rule, we advise you to arrive 5 minutes early. If you're not too late, we'll let you in at the first available slot, giving priority to those who arrive on time. But be aware that you may be refused entry if you are too late. Please note that flexibility depends on the number of visitors at the time of your visit. Your slot can be changed online up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, free of charge. Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 2 hours before the start of your experience. In this case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For further information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions.
Are pets allowed? No.
Is the experience accessible to people with disabilities? We always do our best to accommodate everyone's needs. Elevators are available, but some experiences, such as Zero Gravity, are not accessible to visitors with reduced mobility. Please contact the museum before your visit to ensure your experience will be comfortable.
Are wheelchairs available for hire? No.
Is the museum stroller-friendly? Although this is a family-friendly experience, due to limited space and multiple floors, we encourage visitors to use a baby carrier during their visit. We're here to make your visit a pleasant one, and we invite you to contact the museum before your visit so that we can answer any questions you may have and ensure that your visit goes smoothly.
Can I get there by public transport? Yes: Metro: 100 meters from lines 3, 7 and 8. Opera station. 250 meters from line 9. Richelieu-Drouot station. 250 m from RER A and E. Havre-Caumartin station. Bus: Lines 21, 32, 45, 66, 68, 72, 73.
Is there a parking lot nearby? The museum does not have its own parking lot, but public and/or paying parking lots are available - Meyerbeer Opera parking lot (50 m from the museum) - Street parking available a few steps from the museum (payable fee)
