Paradox Museum London x The Ghost Bus Tours – Halloween Family Giveaway: Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter is Paradox Museum London (“the Promoter”). The prize is offered jointly with The Ghost Bus Tours (“the Partner”).
2. Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, the Partner and Thirty8 London, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the competition can’t enter.
3. Competition period: The competition opens on Monday, 26 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Thursday, 29 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time won’t be counted.
4. How to enter: To enter, follow @london_paradoxmuseum and @theghostbustours on Instagram, and tag at least one friend in the comments of the official giveaway post. Each separate comment tagging a friend counts as one additional entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided they are genuine and comply with Instagram’s terms. Spam, automated or bulk-generated entries will not be counted. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
5. Valid entries: Entries must meet all of the requirements in clause 4. Entries made through automated means, fake accounts or anything else that breaks Instagram’s terms won’t be counted. The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or offensive.
6. Prize: There is one prize. The winner will receive one Paradox Museum London family ticket and one Ghost Bus Tours family ticket, each covering entry for up to two adults and two children.

8. Winner selection: One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the competition closing.
9. Notification: The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @london_paradoxmuseum only. We’ll never ask for payment or bank details. If the winner doesn’t reply within 72 hours, the Promoter may pick another winner at random.
10. Announcement: The winner’s Instagram username may be announced on the post or in Stories. The winner’s first name and county are available on request.
11. Data protection: Personal details will only be used to run the competition and deliver the prize. They will be shared with the Partner only where necessary to fulfil the prize and will be handled in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12. Instagram: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability.
13. General: The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances outside its reasonable control make that necessary. By entering, you accept these terms. The Promoter’s decision is final.
14. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
