What can I expect from the event?
The Paradox Museum is an innovative venue that combines the world of science, art and human perception. With over 50 amazing, paradox-inspired exhibits we are a museum that offers more mind-twisting, eye-tricking experiences than any other edutainment destination in the world! On this self-guided experience, you will learn everything about the exciting science behind paradoxes, have a ton of fun and take photos so spectacular that your friends will not believe they're real.

The experience takes place in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
You can expect to be in the museum for about 90 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Snacks and drinks are available to purchase from the gift shop however we do not allow any food or drink within the Museum space.
Is there parking available?
Paradox Museum London does not have a car park however there are several multi-storey car parks within a short walk of the venue.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! The Paradox Museum Boutique is full of souvenirs, games, clothing, accessories and gadgets that ooze paradox!
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
You can buy tickets online here. You can also purchase tickets in the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets here or in the Fever App.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Children under 4 years old can enter the museum for free.
Are there any age restrictions?
Children of all ages are welcome at Paradox Museum London. However, the following age-related rules apply:
- Under 14: Must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times during the visit.
- Ages 14 - 17: May visit the museum independently with a valid photo ID. (Purchable onsite)
- Under 18 (Zero Gravity Room): Must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who consents to the exhibit's Terms & Conditions on their behalf onsite and supervises them during the experience.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App or by showing your tickets via your phone.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Only service dogs allowed
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the majority of the Paradox Museum London is wheelchair accessible. However, please note:
- The Zero Gravity Room is not wheelchair accessible
- A few exhibits are not step-free or contain uneven flooring or narrow pathways that may be challenging for some wheelchair users.
- Our team is committed to making the experience as inclusive as possible and will assist wherever we can.
- If you have specific access needs, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can support your visit appropriately.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Weapons, drugs, food and beverages are all prohibited. Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere at the museum.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer's ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The museum features many optical illusions, which can be challenging for visually impaired visitors. Only one exhibit includes an audio element, and we do not have hearing loops. Therefore, the museum is almost completely accessible to Deaf visitors.
Will there be strobe lights?
Some of our exhibits contain lighting that may trigger individuals with photosensitivity. For more information please contact us.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are restrooms at the museum.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Absolutely! Many of the exhibits are intentionally photographic, giving visitors the opportunity to take amazing photos or videos. We encourage you to use your imagination, create unique memories, and snap a picture of it in the moment! Don't forget to tag us if sharing online @ParadoxMuseumLondon
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on-site, please contact us.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Yes, small lockers are available free of charge.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience! Please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide, however, each exhibit has a QR code that links to a website with detailed information about its history and the science behind the paradox. Guests can scan the QR code with their phones and choose to have the information read aloud to them.
All guests will be fully briefed on arrival at the museum on how to make the most of their visit.
Are prams allowed?
The museum space is inaccessible for prams/strollers but pram storage is available at the entrance.
