    Use the stop Hötorget. Go up the southern exit toward Sergelgatan, where you will see the museum on your right just after exiting the subway turnstiles.
  • By bus:
    The best option is bus 1, which stops at Hötorget, just a minute from the museum. Many bus lines also stop at T-Centralen/Central Station, about a five-minute walk from Hötorget.
  • Parking:
    The closest parking garage is in Hötorgsgaraget, entry from Sveavägen 17 or Slöjdgatan 6. Please note, complimentary parking near the museum is not available.

The central location at Hötorget makes it easy to get to Paradox Museum Stockholm, right in the heart of the city.

In addition to the subway, you can also reach us via Sergelgatan 20 or Sveavägen 17. This will take you into a large glass building between Hötorgsskrapa 1 and 2. Once inside, you’ll see a large statue in the middle of the floor. From there, stairs lead down to the subway level, and the museum is located immediately to the right.

What can I expect from the experience? Paradox Museum Stockholm is the place where reality gets a twist. Right in the city center at Hötorget, you’ll find over 70 interactive installations that play with perspective, illusions, and everything in between. Both children and adults can step into rooms that fool the eye, explore surprising visual effects, and create photos guaranteed to spark curiosity. It’s an experience that makes your brain work – and keeps the smile with you long after.
How long does the visit last? The visit lasts approximately 80 minutes.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The experience takes place in an indoor venue.
Can I take photos or film during the experience? Absolutely! Many of our installations are designed to be photo-friendly and give visitors the chance to capture amazing images and videos. We encourage you to be creative, make unique memories, and capture the moment. Don’t forget to tag us on Instagram!
Is there an age limit? All ages are welcome! Visitors aged 15 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I purchase the Zero Gravity add-on?

You can add the Zero Gravity Room in a pop-up window that appears after selecting your tickets. Important information will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Please note that Zero Gravity may cause imbalance, dizziness, nausea, or vertigo. For your safety, this experience cannot be booked by:

- Visitors under 5 years old

- People who have recently undergone surgery

- People with back or neck problems

- People with high blood pressure

- Pregnant visitors

- Visitors using a wheelchair, as the design of the installation unfortunately does not allow it

Return & exchanges of products from the Paradox Museum Boutique? You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days after your purchase. Please note that you cannot return or exchange discounted products. If you don't live in Stockholm and cannot return it in-store, you can send it by mail. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products in unopened condition.

How do I find the museum?

Our central location at Hötorget makes it easy to reach Paradox Museum Stockholm, right in the heart of the city.

If you arrive by metro, exit at Hötorget station and take the escalators up towards Sergelgatan. You’ll find us straight ahead, right next to Pressbyrån.

You can also enter via Sergelgatan 20 or Sveavägen 17, where you’ll walk into a large glass building between Hötorgsskrapa 1 & 2. Inside you’ll see a large statue in the center of the floor. The stairs next to it lead down to the metro level, and the museum entrance is directly to your right.

Where can I get tickets? You can buy tickets online here. You can also purchase tickets in the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
Is parking available? The nearest parking is at Hötorgsgaraget, with entrances from Sveavägen 17 and Slöjdgatan 9. Please note that there is no free parking available near the museum.
Do I need to arrive exactly at my scheduled time? Yes, we recommend arriving at the time stated on your ticket to avoid delays or unnecessary waiting. During busy periods, entry may be slightly delayed, which can result in a short wait.
Are there places to sit down, or restrooms available? Yes, there are restrooms available in the museum.
Are lockers or storage available? Yes, small lockers are available. You can also hang your outerwear in the entrance area. Due to limited space, we are unable to store suitcases. Please note that Paradox Museum is not responsible for coats, strollers, or other items left in the reception area.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase? Food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition area. Thank you for your understanding.

TICKETS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Where can I buy tickets? You can purchase tickets online here. You can also buy tickets in the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Can I buy tickets at the door? Yes, absolutely. However, tickets may be sold out when you arrive, so we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can buy tickets here or through the Fever app.
Do children need a ticket? Children under 5 years old enter the museum free of charge.
Can I book tickets for a group? Yes, absolutely! You can read more about group visits here.
What if I can’t find my ticket, or need to reschedule or transfer it?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. You can also find them in your email.If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.

You can transfer your tickets at no cost. Use the “Transfer Tickets” feature in the Fever app. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us — and please include your order number.

Yes, you can easily select a new time for your visit here. Please note: If you purchased your tickets through a reseller (such as Get Your Guide, Tiqets, etc.) you will need to contact their customer support for any rescheduling or changes."

Do I need to print my ticket? No, your digital tickets can be validated directly in the Fever app or by showing them on your phone.
Are refunds allowed? Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. However, if you need assistance changing your booking, feel free to contact Fever. Subject to availability, the date and/or time can be changed up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit. When requesting a change, please contact us here and include your ticket ID. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.

ACCESSIBILITY, SAFETY & MORE

Is the museum accessible for people with functional variations? Yes, almost all paradoxes and exhibits are available. Are you coming with a wheelchair? Sergelgatan 20 or Sveavägen 17 is our address, unfortunately there is no public lift here. In order to get down to the subway level where the museum is located, our staff needs to know about it in advance in order to be able to offer a lift down to the subway level. They will then come and meet you. If you arrive in a wheelchair, send us an email with your booking reference and request wheelchair assistance. Or by indicating it on the secondary screen after purchasing your ticket. RWC is located inside the museum. Accompanying companion? Guide and signal dogs as well as assistance dogs with working vests are welcome at the museum. We need to know about this in advance so that we can plan the visit in the best way. Companions join free of charge (show companion certificate).
Are strollers allowed? Food and drinks are not permitted inside the exhibition area, and pets are unfortunately not allowed. Guide dogs, signal dogs, and assistance dogs wearing a service vest are welcome. Thank you for your understanding.
Will there be strobe lights? Some of our installations include light effects that may affect visitors with light sensitivity. Please speak to our staff upon arrival, and we’ll be happy to provide more information and guidance.
Is the museum accessible for visitors with disabilities?

Yes, almost all paradoxes and installations are accessible.

Arriving with a wheelchair?

Our entrance is located at Sergelgatan 20 or Sveavägen 17. Please note that there is no public elevator at this entrance. To reach the metro level where the museum is located, our staff needs to assist you with access to the service elevator.

If you are visiting with a wheelchair, please call us in advance at 08-91 16 61 and have your booking reference ready. Our staff will meet you and assist you down to the correct level.

An accessible restroom (RWC) is available inside the museum.

Companions and assistance animals

Companions enter free of charge (with valid companion ID).

Guide dogs, signal dogs, and assistance dogs wearing a service vest are welcome.

We kindly ask you to let us know in advance so we can prepare for your visit.

Parent of a child with an NPF diagnosis?

Weekends are our busiest days. If you prefer a calmer environment, we recommend visiting on a weekday afternoon or evening.

We have staff with NPF competence on site.

For visitors with NPF or hearing sensitivity, it is possible to adapt parts of the experience by turning off music and sound effects. You can request this at the entrance before your visit begins.

Please note that Paradox Museum is an interactive experience. Some installations include spinning elements, flashing lights, strong colors, and general noise from other visitors.

What is your return/exchange policy for the shop?

You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are unable to visit the store in Stockholm in person, you can send your product back to us by mail. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and returns or exchanges are only accepted for unopened items.
