The central location at Hötorget makes it easy to get to Paradox Museum Stockholm, right in the heart of the city.
In addition to the subway, you can also reach us via Sergelgatan 20 or Sveavägen 17. This will take you into a large glass building between Hötorgsskrapa 1 and 2. Once inside, you’ll see a large statue in the middle of the floor. From there, stairs lead down to the subway level, and the museum is located immediately to the right.

You can add the Zero Gravity Room in a pop-up window that appears after selecting your tickets. Important information will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Please note that Zero Gravity may cause imbalance, dizziness, nausea, or vertigo. For your safety, this experience cannot be booked by:
- Visitors under 5 years old
- People who have recently undergone surgery
- People with back or neck problems
- People with high blood pressure
- Pregnant visitors
- Visitors using a wheelchair, as the design of the installation unfortunately does not allow it
PLANNING YOUR VISIT
Our central location at Hötorget makes it easy to reach Paradox Museum Stockholm, right in the heart of the city.
If you arrive by metro, exit at Hötorget station and take the escalators up towards Sergelgatan. You’ll find us straight ahead, right next to Pressbyrån.
You can also enter via Sergelgatan 20 or Sveavägen 17, where you’ll walk into a large glass building between Hötorgsskrapa 1 & 2. Inside you’ll see a large statue in the center of the floor. The stairs next to it lead down to the metro level, and the museum entrance is directly to your right.
TICKETS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
You can view your ticket in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. You can also find them in your email.If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.
You can transfer your tickets at no cost. Use the “Transfer Tickets” feature in the Fever app. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us — and please include your order number.
Yes, you can easily select a new time for your visit here. Please note: If you purchased your tickets through a reseller (such as Get Your Guide, Tiqets, etc.) you will need to contact their customer support for any rescheduling or changes."

Arriving with a wheelchair?
Our entrance is located at Sergelgatan 20 or Sveavägen 17. Please note that there is no public elevator at this entrance. To reach the metro level where the museum is located, our staff needs to assist you with access to the service elevator.
If you are visiting with a wheelchair, please call us in advance at 08-91 16 61 and have your booking reference ready. Our staff will meet you and assist you down to the correct level.
An accessible restroom (RWC) is available inside the museum.
Companions and assistance animals
Companions enter free of charge (with valid companion ID).
Guide dogs, signal dogs, and assistance dogs wearing a service vest are welcome.
We kindly ask you to let us know in advance so we can prepare for your visit.
Parent of a child with an NPF diagnosis?
Weekends are our busiest days. If you prefer a calmer environment, we recommend visiting on a weekday afternoon or evening.
We have staff with NPF competence on site.
For visitors with NPF or hearing sensitivity, it is possible to adapt parts of the experience by turning off music and sound effects. You can request this at the entrance before your visit begins.
Please note that Paradox Museum is an interactive experience. Some installations include spinning elements, flashing lights, strong colors, and general noise from other visitors.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are unable to visit the store in Stockholm in person, you can send your product back to us by mail. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and returns or exchanges are only accepted for unopened items.
