Please note that Zero Gravity may cause imbalance, dizziness, nausea, or vertigo. For your safety, this experience cannot be booked by:
- Visitors under 5 years old
- People who have recently undergone surgery
- People with back or neck problems
- People with high blood pressure
- Pregnant visitors
- Visitors using a wheelchair, as the design of the installation unfortunately does not allow it

The central location in Femman, Nordstan, makes it easy to reach Paradox Museum Gothenburg.
Whether you arrive on foot, by public transport, or by car, it’s simple to find us. The museum is located on the upper floor of the Femman building, right in the heart of Nordstan – one of Gothenburg’s most visited areas.

By tram or bus:
Get off at Brunnsparken (most lines stop here), Nordstan, Lilla Bommen, or Centralstationen/Drottningtorget.
Femman is just a few minutes’ walk from any of these stops.
By train:
From Gothenburg Central Station, it’s only a short walk straight into Nordstan – you’ll reach Femman in just a few minutes.
TICKETS & TROUBLESHOOTINGS
You can find your ticket in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section.
You can also find them in your email. If you don’t have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Make sure you are logged in with the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still can’t find your ticket, please contact us.
You can reschedule and choose a new time for your visit here.
Please note: If you purchased your tickets through a reseller (Get Your Guide, Tiqets, etc.), you will need to contact their customer support to reschedule or make any changes.
You can transfer your tickets at no cost. Use the “Transfer Tickets” feature in the Fever app. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us — and don’t forget to include your order number.

Yes, almost all paradoxes and exhibition installations are accessible.
Arriving with a wheelchair?
The museum is located inside Femman, Nordstan, and the premises are accessible via elevators from the shopping centre’s common areas. If you are visiting with a wheelchair, we recommend using the Femman elevators, which take you directly to the upper floor where the museum entrance is located.

An accessible restroom (RWC) is available in Femman’s customer restrooms on the same floor as the museum.
Companions and assistance animals
Companions enter free of charge (with valid companion ID).
Guide dogs, signal dogs, and assistance dogs wearing a service vest are welcome at the museum.
Please let us know in advance so we can prepare for your visit.
Parent of a child with an NPF diagnosis?
Weekends are generally our busiest days, so we recommend visiting on a weekday afternoon or evening if you prefer a calmer environment.
For visitors with NPF or hearing sensitivity, it is possible to adapt parts of the experience by turning off music and sound effects. You can request this at the entrance before your visit begins.
Please note that Paradox Museum is an interactive experience. Some installations include spinning elements, flashing lights, strong colors, and general noise from other visitors.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are not able to make the return in person at our Gothenburg store, you can send the item back to us by mail. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and returns or exchanges are only accepted for unopened products.
